University of Southern California pitcher Marc Huberman and two of his former teammates, outfielder Vahn Bozoian and pitcher Sean Adler, were sued by a woman identified in court documents as "Jenna Doe" recently. The reason? According to My News LA, the three baseball players allegedly distributed a sex tape that she was featured in without her consent.

It gets worse than that, too. In her lawsuit, the woman—who was a star softball player in high school before attending USC—claims that she used to date Bozoian and admits to having consensual sex with him. However, she says that, on one occasion, the three players conspired to film her and Bozoian having sex. She alleges that Bozoian informed Adler when she was on her way to his room one night and that Adler then hid in Bozoian's closet and filmed the two having sex. She says the three men then distributed the video "to the general public including…other members of the baseball team." And while it took awhile for her to find out about it, she was informed about the tape's existence about eight months later when one of her sorority sisters told her about it. She withdrew from USC a short time later after she was "taunted and harassed" about the tape.

The woman is now suing the three men for an undisclosed amount of money and claiming negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy. If all of this turns out to be true, what a horrible thing to do to a person.
