The NFL just came down hard on Tom Brady and the Patriots as a result of the #DeflateGate report that attorney Ted Wells released last week.

There were a lot of people who called for the league to suspend Brady and strip New England of draft picks for their role in #DeflateGate. But few people thought Brady would receive more than a one-game suspension. However, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the NFL has decided to suspend Brady for four games and take two draft picks away from the Pats. New England will also be subjected to a $1 million fine:

Filed to ESPN: Tom Brady suspended four games, Pats lose 1st round pick in 2016 and a 4th in 2017, and team fined $1 million, per source:

Do you think the NFL went too hard or too light on Brady & Co.?

UPDATE:

The consensus on Twitter seems to be that Brady's suspension is too long. Or rather, Brady's suspension is too long—when you consider that Ray Rice was only suspended for two games. Scroll down to see why Rice's name is trending on Twitter.
