About 24 hours ago, nobody was thinking about the Based's God Curse. Lil B had only ever used his curse on Kevin Durant. And since KD and the Thunder didn't make the NBA Playoffs this season, the curse was seemingly stuck on the shelf. Or so we thought.
Lil B decided to pull the curse out and taunt James Harden with it yesterday after he realized that the Rockets star has been using a variation of his cooking dance all season long. He didn't come right out and put the Based God's Curse on him. But he did threaten him with it. And now, other people are asking him not to curse their teams.
Specifically, the Hawks just took to Twitter to ask Lil B to leave them alone. Frankly, we don't think they have anything to worry about and would probably be better off asking Lil B to curse LeBron James. But it has proven once again that Atlanta has one of the best social media teams in the game:
Relax, guys. We think you're safe.
