When 84-year-old billionaire, shopping mall magnate, and chairman of Football Federation Australia Frank Lowy came out to give the Melbourne Victory their trophy for claiming the A-League Grand Final, the crowd booed.

Then this happened and they went silent...:

...because there's nothing like thinking "Uh oh, I think that guy might be fucking dead," to make a crowd feel bad and turn their opinion in favor of you. After a brief two-minute delay paramedics announced both good news for Lowy and bad news for people listed in his will as he walked away (somehow) with just a sore shoulder.
