Do you miss football? 49ers tight end Vernon Davis does. So earlier today, he posted this on Instagram:
Innocent enough, right? Nothing to get all worked up about. But apparently, Davis' former San Francisco teammate Frank Gore, who is now running with the Colts, didn't like it. So he posted this comment under Davis' photo:
Whoa!
Was Gore really throwing a shot at Davis, though? The comment was so straightforward and flagrant that some people think he was just joking around with him. But it's worth noting that he deleted it, so maybe he was really upset with Davis?
Either way, we miss football. If nothing else, it gives an excuse to talk about actual football as opposed to Instagram comments that football players are leaving for one another. Is it September yet?
