Floyd Mayweather's career is quickly coming to an end. Within the next year or two, he's going to hang up his boxing gloves for good and move on to the next stage of his career. And we're going to go out on a limb here and say that that stage will not include the UFC.

If Mayweather ever did decide to launch an MMA career, though, UFC fighter Conor McGregor doesn't think he'd stand much of a chance in the Octagon. During a recent interview with Esquire, he was asked what would happen if Mayweather ever agreed to a match with him. And McGregor said he believes it'd be a very short fight.

"If you put me face-to-face with Floyd Mayweather—pound-for-pound boxing's best—if I fought Floyd, I would kill him in less than 30 seconds," he said. "It would take me less than 30 seconds to wrap around him like a boa constrictor and strangle him."

We tend to agree with McGregor. Great as he is in the boxing ring, Mayweather probably wouldn't be able to do much in the Octagon. Not that he's ever going to try.
