John Wall and the Wizards destroyed the Grizzlies 108-87 last night. But after the game, John Wall wasn't thrilled with the way Washington beat Memphis. Reason being, the Grizz rested Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph, Tony Allen, and Mike Conley (who suffered an ankle injury this week) so Wall felt disrespected by the approach that Memphis took to the matchup.

"That's how I see it," he said after the game. "They sit them, I don't really know the reason why. We're a team that's on the rise and teams respect us now and then they don't respect us. We just wanted to come out and play basketball the right way and get the win no matter what."

The good news is that the Wizards did get the win, despite giving up 33 points in the first quarter:

Memphis dropped 33 points in the first without Tony Allen, Z-Bo, Gasol and Mike Conley. Bruh.

So they can't complain about the Grizzlies' strategy too, too much. But we do see how Wall might feel slighted after being forced to play against a team that started guys like Beno Udrih and JaMychal Green.
