Giants tight end Larry Donnell was on board the Delta Airlines plane that skidded across the runway at LaGuardia Airport in New York City this morning before crash landing into a fence. The guy who spoke with MSNBC a short time ago claiming to be Donnell was most definitely not. But somehow, he managed to work his way onto live TV despite not sounding anything like a 6-foot-6, 265-pound tight end to answer some questions about the flight—and then dropped a (very nervous!) "FHRITP" right in the middle of the interview.

That wasn't the worst part of the call, though. The true tragedy (and comedy!) here was that the woman who was interviewing "Donnell" had absolutely no idea what was going on. So after he said what he did and was then promptly disconnected, she continued to fire off questions before telling viewers that the network had lost their connection. She had to be told that that wasn't actually the case and that she hadn't been talking to Donnell.

You can listen to the weird prank call in the clip above.
