Without a doubt, one of the most intriguing storylines of the upcoming MLB season is the return of Yankees 3B DH Alex Rodriguez from his year-long suspension for being linked (again) to PEDs. Earlier today, Rodriguez met with Yankees ownership, who are forced to pay his absurdly high salary over the next three years, because even the Yankees can't eat the ridiculous gob of cash they idiotically shelled out to him after the 2007 season:

Today they released a press release stating that A-Rod met to apologize, even though it was reported last month that they'd refuse to have a sit down with the disgraced slugger. Obviously, they had a change of heart:

Now the next step will be the awkwardness of Spring Training.
