Willis McGahee won the BCS National Championship with Miami in 2002, was drafted 23rd overall by Buffalo in 2003, and last played an NFL down with the Cleveland Browns in 2013.

Now, with 10 NFL seasons under his belt, and seemingly no current interest from any of the 32 teams, the 33-year-old is turning his attention to a different arena.

According to the National Rugby Football League, who are set to play their inaugural season in the summer of 2015, McGahee will attend their combine this January.

Adam Schefter reported the news earlier this week, and it appears McGahee has confirmed those reports.

Looks like McGahee is taking his tryout very seriously, as well.
