L.A. might get an NFL team sooner than later.

Over the last few years, there have been a lot of rumors concerning the idea of Los Angeles getting an NFL team again. There's even a plan in place to build a stadium called Farmer's Field near the Staples Center that would house whichever team moves to L.A. But is it actually going to happen?

That's still TBD. As of right now, there are no concrete plans in place to move a team to L.A. But earlier today, Jeanne Zelasko of the sports talk radio show The Beast 980 revealed that she spoke to someone recently who told her that AEG—the company in charge of building and operating Farmer's Field—is currently looking to hire a PR person to work with an NFL team that is going to move to L.A. in February.

You can hear Zelasko talk about it here. And while we're skeptical as to whether or not this will happen, this Reddit thread that features people speculating about which NFL team could potentially move to L.A. is very entertaining.
