Today is LeBron James' 30th birthday. And to celebrate the occasion, Johnny Manziel shot an Instagram video for King James last night:
But he wants you (and Skip Bayless?) to know that he did not have anything to drink before he did it.
"There were no alcoholic beverages or severe party dance moves used in the making of this video," the caption for the clip said.
