Frank Gore Bulldozes Through Entire San Diego Chargers Team on 52-Yard TD Run

Frank Gore ran over the entire San Diego Chargers team on this touchdown run

If you can believe it, San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore's 52-yard touchdown scamper in the first quarter of the team's matchup against the San Diego Chargers was his longest run in four seasons. And that's the least impressive thing about it.

Gore took a handoff from Colin Kaepernick at midfield, and ten yards in to his run completely plowed through two Charger defenders who were closing in on him from either side of the field. Both players crumpled to the ground as Gore continued on his path of destruction, running about five more yards before mere mortal Eric Weddle, the Chargers safety, attempted to stop him next. Gore stiff arms him right in his face, giving himself a few inches of separation, then reverses field back to the left, leaving Weddle in the dust on his way to six points.

Like Gheorghe Mureșan is to Billy Crystal, Frank Gore is to the San Diego Chargers.
