Damian Lillard — maker of raps, vanquisher of the Rockets — got himself another highlight and ratings boost in the next NBA 2K. The Spurs faced the Blazers in what became the former's second straight triple-overtime game. The group of old men were tired, so you have to imagine they were extra pissed when Kyle Anderson let Lillard get by to crush their souls.
As impressive as this was, this was highlight was just the tip of the iceberg for Lillard's night. He hit a layup to force the first overtime and a three-pointer to force the second.
The king got a career-high of 43 points as the Blazers took this one, 129-119. Lillard is OK.
