At 7-5, the Baltimore Ravens are firmly in the hunt for an AFC playoff spot. But those hopes took a big hit today with the announcement that defensive tackle Haloti Ngata will be suspended for the next four games after violating the league’s policy on performance enhancing drugs.

Ngata, who has 19 tackles this season, says adderall is the reason behind the suspension.

The Ravens will be without the five-time Pro Bowler for games against Miami, Jacksonville, and Houston, as well as what could be a pivotal division clash against Cleveland to close out the regular season.
