We're used to seeing journalists operating in the line of fire, but not quite like this.

It turns out that reporting from a skate park can prove just as dangerous as a conflict zone (well, almost). Mike Amor – a U.S. correspondent for Channel 7 in Australia – was speaking live to his audience when a skateboard flew the air and Amor was forced to take one of the most vicious headshots we've seen in some time.

Amor's crew seemed concern for his wellbeing – although the crowd in the back of the shot were pretty busy laughing. After a few seconds with his head in his hands, Amor put a brave a face on it and carried on.

Just don't expect to see him back there anytime soon.
