Iggy Azalea has received a fair amount of criticism for her status as a hip-hop star, and is often used as a target in any conversation concerning cultural appropriation or a lack of authenticity within the genre. Things aren't about to get any easier for Azalea after the work she put in for the Minnesota Golden Gophers football team over the weekend.
Appearing in a video for the program's "Gopher" dance, Iggy shakes her butt alongside Minnesota students while Aviici's "Levels" plays in the background, promoting the dance as a part of Minnesota's homecoming game festivities. The gopher from Caddyshack also makes an extended cameo.
All in all, it isn't great. If you still think Iggy is "the realest", then you're going to have a harder time making that argument after you check this out.
