It's pretty rare to see a trade involving a quality player take place in the middle of an NFL season. Even rarer? Seeing a trade involving a quality player take place in the middle of an NFL season…less than 48 hours before a Sunday slate of games.

But according to Jay Glazer, the Seahawks just agreed to trade wide receiver Percy Harvin to the Jets in exchange for, well, next to nothing. They'll reportedly get a conditional draft pick at some point for Harvin:

Random? Yup. We definitely did not see this coming on a Friday night in October. But ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Seattle didn't think Harvin was a good fit for them anymore:
