Playing basketball is fun. But do you know what's not fun? Getting screened from behind during a basketball game. One second you're trying to play good, hard defense, the next you're on your back wondering why it feels like you just got run over by Shaq. But getting screened is a part of playing basketball.

With that in mind, you should not do what former NBA player Josh Childress did recently when he was the victim of a screen during an Australian League game. Perth Wildcats forward Jesse Wagstaff set a screen on Childress and then proceeded to catch a pass and get off a shot. But after the screen was set, Childress got back up, lunged at Wagstaff, and threw a vicious elbow right into his throat. It set off a chain reaction that almost caused a brawl and eventually resulted in Childress getting tossed from the game.

We don't know what was worse here—the completely unnecessary elbow or the fact that Childress' team, the Sydney Kings, was down by nearly 20 points when he got tossed from the game. WTF, dude?
