With fianceé Leila Knight by his side, Canseco shows off his left hand, sans the presence of a middle finger. For now, Canseco seems cryptic about the current state of the digit, which the Los Angeles Times reports was "hanging by a string" following the unfortunate incident. Luckily, through it all, the 50-year-old seems to be in good spirits.
