Send those Derrick Rose memes on over to the Recycle Bin because you won't be needing them (and hopefully we're not jinxing it). The former MVP is looking like he's back in form just days before the regular season starts.
On Friday night, Rose faced the Timberwolves and put on a show. He put up 27 points on a respectable 12-for-23 shooting. Two of those points came from when Rose went air on the clip you see above.
So it looks like Rose is going to catch a lot of mentions on SportsCenter. The Bulls will start their season against the Knicks. Let's not forget this is the same team that was on the wrong end of one of Rose's few highlights last season.
