Kobe Bryant has earned quite a few frequent flyer miles taking trips to Germany over the course of the last few years. Since 2011, he's made the hike three or four times to visit with German doctors in order to get treatments done to his knees. And according to reports, he's there again right now to meet with Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt (try saying that ten times, er, one time fast).
Not to worry, though, Kobe stans. It doesn't sound like the treatment that Kobe is getting during this trip is for anything serious. Rather, he's scheduled to make a routine trip to see the doctor (who goes by the nickname "Healing Hans") and then head back to the U.S. So he should be ready to go later this month when the Lakers head to their training camp.
