Late last night, Arizona pulled off an absolutely insane win at home against Cal. Trailing 31-13 heading into the fourth quarter, the Wildcats stormed back with 36 points in the quarter, the last six coming on this final play:
The wild loss had to sting for fans of Cal, who then looked at their email after the game to find the above message. Ouch.
The Bears apologized to their fans shortly thereafter:
Sorry everyone, we just got a little bit too excited. Our mistake is your win. The hat sale is still on. Have a great weekend.
