The Timberwolves and Cavaliers have finally agreed to complete a trade that will send Kevin Love to Cleveland, according to Yahoo! Sports writer Adrian Wojnarowski.

Although the deal cannot be 100 percent finalized until August 23 since Andrew Wiggins signed his rookie contract last month, the Timberwolves will reportedly send Love to the Cavaliers in exchange for Wiggins, Anthony Bennett, and a protected 2015 first-round draft pick. And as part of the agreement, Wojnarowski is also reporting that Love has already agreed to opt out of his contract in 2015 and sign a new deal with the Cavaliers worth about $120 million over the course of five years next summer. So this trade will, in effect, keep Love in Cleveland for the prime of his career. It'll allow him to team up with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving for the foreseeable future.

As we mentioned, this deal is still not finalized. But now that the most reliable NBA writer in the country is reporting that the deal is done, you can pretty much count on it going through on August 23.
