Kentucky Wildcats defensive tackle Cory Johnson poops, and he isn't afraid to let the world know just how many times a day he does it. In a recent interview with Lex18 News in Lexington, KY, the young player talked about his fluctuating weight which, according to him is because he "poop[s] so much."

"I'll be 290 [lbs], the next day I'll be 300, next day I'll 280," said Johnson. "I guess it's cause I poop so much. I try to poop, like, five times a day." Thanks for the update, Cory. It was maybe more than we needed to know, but any budding nutritionists out there probably appreciate the "insider" information.

However, according to Livestrong.com, Johnson should be wary of this so-called weight loss. The popular health website explains that, "emptying your bowels doesn't count as true weight loss. Although regular bowel movements are part of your overall health, losing weight depends on your caloric intake and expenditure." So, if you're trying to emulate Johnson's weight-shedding techniques, you may be better off exploring more traditional avenues like eating right and exercising. Unfortunately, sitting on the toilet all day is not the best way to prepare yourself for swimsuit season. If only, if only.
