New cars usually depreciate about 10 percent as soon as you drive them off the dealer lot. This brand new Tesla Model S never made it off the lot, but appears to have lost most – if not all – of its value.
The accident occurred out in front of Tesla’s Store & Delivery Center, near the company’s manufacturing facility in Fremont, California. According to Reddit, the car was recently purchased and the owner had only been driving for a few moments before binning the Model S into the sign, nearly missing the showroom.
No worries, it only took five days to build the car.
