Tomorrow night, Derek Jeter will play in the final MLB All-Star Game of his storied career. And to mark the occasion, Jordan Brand has created a special commercial called "RE2PECT" that features a handful of celebrities giving Jeets a tip of the hat to show just how much he is appreciated and respected as a baseball player. The commercial features appearances from Michael Jordan, Jay Z, Carmelo Anthony, Action Bronson, Tiger Woods, Billy Crytsal, Phil Jackson, and even a couple of Red Sox fans. It will air before Jeter's first at-bat during the All-Star Game on Tuesday night.
Jordan Brand created the commercial for Jeter because the Yankees shortstop has been running with their team for 15 years now. He has more signature Jordan sneakers (12) than anyone other than Michael Jordan himself and has been an integral part of their company. So give it up for him and watch the commercial above.
