At 5-feet-tall and 100 pounds, it's nothing for Kacy Catanzaro to stunt all over the American Ninja Warrior course. The former NCAA Southeast Regional Gymnast of the Year completed the challenge in less than nine minutes, and—in so doing—became the first woman to advance to Mt. Midoriyama in the show's history. And Kacy didn't just wiggle her way through a series of heavily padded obstacles, either. She played to the crowd. She recovered from a near fall.
