Texting and driving can be very dangerous. Just ask the 16-year-old girl who was driving the car pictured above. According to North Carolina State wide receiver coach Frisman Jackson, she was texting and driving just seconds before she accidentally flipped her car and landed upside down on the side of a road in Raleigh, N.C.

Fortunately for her, she was OK after the accident. But she did have to get pulled out of her car by Jackson and his fellow NC State coach, defensive coordinator Dave Huxtable, a short time after the crash. Jackson sent out this tweet about it after it happened:

Kudos to both men, who were driving separately at the time of the accident, for pulling over and helping the girl out of her car. And please—please, please, please!—let this be a lesson to all of you out there. Don't text and drive. Because you might not be as lucky as this girl was.
