Now, Parsons can either opt to sign on the dotted line at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday or wait three days for the Houston Rockets to match the deal.
With sources claiming that Houston general manager Daryl Morey has already had "conversations with the agents for Luol Deng, Trevor Ariza and Paul Pierce," it may hint at whether the Rockets will actually attempt to match the Mavs' offer.
