The Dallas Mavericks are done playing the waiting game with top flight small forwards LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony. They have decided to set their sights on Chandler Parsons by offering him a three-year, $46 million contract. Now, Parsons can either opt to sign on the dotted line at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday or wait three days for the Houston Rockets to match the deal.

With sources claiming that Houston general manager Daryl Morey has already had "conversations with the agents for Luol DengTrevor Ariza and Paul Pierce," it may hint at whether the Rockets will actually attempt to match the Mavs' offer. Of course, things can change at moment's notice, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens. We'll update you when more information becomes available.
