Yesterday, an ESPN report surfaced indicating that the Bulls were going to make a serious run at trying to trade for Kevin Love this summer. And according to the report, Chicago was willing to give up a package that included Taj Gibson and Jimmy Butler in exchange for Love. However, a new report from Sheridan Hoops indicates that the Bulls might be willing to give up even more in order to get Love from the Timberwolves.

Sheridan Hoops spoke with a league source today who indicated that the Bulls have reached out to Minnesota and offered them Gibson, Doug McDermott, and Nikola Mirotic for Love. And that's a deal that could entice the Timberwolves to make a deal. The only downside right now: McDermott and Mirotic just signed their rookie deals, meaning the Bulls would need to wait nearly a month to make the trade. But it's definitely going to give the T'Wolves something to think about and could ultimately be enough to help the Bulls obtain Love.

Do you think Gibson/McDermott/Mirotic for Love would be a better deal for Minnesota than the Cavaliers reported offer of Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett, and a first-round pick for Love? Also: Are you officially tired of talking about Love? This is starting to feel like LeBron, Part 2. Just make a deal, Minnesota!
