10 Things We Learned About Mike Tyson During His Reddit AMA

He doesn't like any other kinds of birds. But he just can't get over how much he loves pigeons.

He has accomplished a lot of things in his life. But he says that when he was able to "stop drinking and using drugs," it was the most important thing he's ever done.

During the AMA, Tyson was asked about 'Pac and referred to him as a "really close good friend of mine." He then talked about his favorite memory of him, which took place when 2Pac was 19 and took over a party that he was at.

When he was asked about the hardest opponent he's ever faced, he responded, "Me, Mike Tyson." Deep!

"Life will make you humble," he says. He's living proof of that, isn't he?

At one point, Tyson was asked if he thought his AMA was going to be better than Aldrin's AMA, which also took place yesterday. He said no. But then he added, "If Buzz had got into the ring with me, I could have sent him to the moon without the rocket ship." Ha!

There is a Whole Foods in his old neighborhood, so he hates the new New York. "Too many people," he says. "It's just overwhelming…Sometimes I go to my old neighborhood, and think to myself, 'Was my whole life a lie?' You don't see the bunch of guys hanging out on the corner anymore. Now you see a whole bunch of white people."

"I went in talking funny and came out talking funny," he said. In other words, he doesn't think the blows to the head that he took during his career had any impact on his long-term health.
