Our favorite personality on the pitch Mario Balotelli put his focus on Italy's World Cup opener against England on hold on Monday when he announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Fanny Neguesha. Balotelli informed fans of the good news on his Instagram account by posting a picture of where he proposed as well as a photo of his fiancée's new rock. The master of romance that he is, Balotelli chose yesterday to propose because it was also Neguesha's birthday, and, well, what better gift to give the love of your life?
The couple has broken up several times in the past, but Neguesha looks as happy as can be in this video that she posted to her Instagram account:
