LeBron James is on the market, but—if you're an NBA GM—don’t even bother picking up the phone unless you’re willing to make a full-ask offer. According to a report from ESPN, sources close to LeBron are saying that The King isn't interested in anything less than the maximum salary next season, which makes acquiring the 4x MVP complicated for cash-strapped "frontrunners" like the BullsCavs, and Rockets.

Two weeks ago, we said: If they all opt out, they're staying together. So, there you go. #Heat #Lebron #DWade #Bosh #Big3

Of course, if the "Big 3" are staying together, then there's only so many ways that $55M can be divided, particularly if over $22M is going to LeBron.

Bron opting out is just a leadership ploy. Now Bosh and Wade gotta do the same and take a paycut. Cuz Bron isnt. And he shouldn't.

LBJ will purportedly begin his search for a new contract on Tuesday, when NBA free agency officially begins. For more on this story, check out the video above.
