After he “insulted” NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard yesterday, Kevin Durant has taken to Facebook to apologize for whatever feelings may have been hurt:
So now he’s half-heartedly apologizing, but he only seems to be doing it because somebody told him to. Is it really necessary for KD to apologize for his opinion? At no point did he insult Leonard; he basically just said he thought Paul George is better, and that a part of Leonard’s success has to do with the fact that he plays in a really good system.
Um, isn’t that true?
Really, this is all just a lot of nonsense about nothing. It’s a tweet. Who cares?
