Vinny Del Negro will go from the Clippers to a struggle team. Or a former struggle team. Whatever the case, a lot of the Cavaliers' future will depend on Del Negro's ability if they decide to go with him as head coach.

Del Negro is one of the potential coaches who will get interviewed for the open coaching spot. Of course, if he's chosen, he'll have a vaunted No. 1 pick under his wing like the man who came before him (think LBJ). Del Negro also had just one of his teams fall below .500 during his five coaching seasons.

That's a big if, however. Alvin Gentry, who's had 12 years of head coaching experience under his belt, is considered a likelier candidate.
