People are bad at multitasking. If you're doing something else while reading this, your performance for both tasks is suffering. No where is this truth more apparent than in the case of Matthew Notebaert, a Florida man who crashed his car into a canal while drunk, high, and having sex.
The accident was deadly, killing his wife Amanda who was half nude on his lap. It also seriously injured the man, and now Notebaert facing charges for DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and DUI property damage. That has to be nothing compared to the guilt he'll likely never shake. The couple has two kids, who his attorney said he'd like to get back to during court proceedings.
