Atlético Madrid striker Diego Costa is probably not going to be able to play in today's Champions League final against Real Madrid because of a hamstring injury. But if he does somehow manage to work his way into the lineup for today's match, he'll have horse placentas—yes, horse placentas—to thank for it.
