A German Magazine Might Have to Pay $70,000 for Accidentally Publishing an Early LaFerrari Video

A German car magazine accidentally posted an early video of the Ferrari LaFerrari and may have to pay $70,000.

Last week we found out Ferrari made publications agree not to publish early reviews of the LaFerrari, by penalty of a $70,000 fine. Of course, some one screwed up and might find themself without a job for costing their employer five figures. 

German magazine Sport-Auto accidentally published a video of the LaFerrari just an hour before the deadline. The video, which shows the supercar racing on Ferrari's track, was taken down immediately. You can see a copy of it right here... because the Internet. 

No word yet on if the mag will have to pay the fine. If not, consider Ferrari merciful.
