Most pro athletes do very little to keep themselves in shape once they retire. They eat bad. They fail to get as much exercise as they did during their playing days. And as a result, they balloon in weight and look nothing like they did when they were still competing. But there are some ex-athletes who don't go that route. And those athletes could still destroy you at the gym. For instance, Brett Favre looks more muscular than ever. Bleacher Report listed some other examples of these kinds of athletes over here.
