In a career which included six NBA championships, 13 All-Star Game selections and one NBA MVP trophy (1957), Bob Cousy decided after winning a title in 1963 that his playing days with the Boston Celtics were over. Cooz eventually scratched during the 1969-70 season when he appeared as a player/coach for the Cincinnati Royals for seven games.
