Steve Nash back? Steve Nash back!

Just one week after the Lakers guard revealed that he will not retire before the end of next season because he wants the rest of the money that he stands to make thanks to his current contract, Nash suited up for a game for the first time in more than a month when Los Angeles took on the Wizards last night. And when he checked into the game for the first time towards the end of the first quarter, Lakers fans showed him a lot of love by giving him a standing ovation. In the end, the Lakers lost 117-107 and Nash only contributed 5 points, 4 rebounds, and 11 assists for the Lakers. But it's nice to see that he's doing whatever he can to earn his paycheck right now. He's not going to help the Lakers salvage their season. But hey, at least he's trying, right?
