It's been the winter of snow in New York City. Every time it seems like it's receding, good ol' momma Nature dumps another couple inches, starting the ritual dance of salt and plows and shovels all over again. For cyclists, this amounts to pure torture. But it shouldn't. If a little snow (or even a lot of snow) can't stop a delivery guy on a department-store mountain bike, why should it stop anyone else?
