Less than 24 hours after the shoving incident that captured all of the headlines, Marcus Smart has received a suspension of three games. The announcement was made in a press conference with Oklahoma State head coach Travis Ford and Smart, who repeatedly expressed regret for his actions while saying that "this is not me." Earlier today, Ford said that he spoke with Big 12 Conference officials who collectively came up with a compromise on how many games Smart should be suspended.

As for what Texas Tech fan Jeff Orr said, Ford refused to get into that matter. But if there's any consolation, here's how Ford is trying to make things right.
