Minus the silly rule change, this year's NBA Slam Dunk Contest should actually be pretty decent. For the first time in a looooooong time, there's a dunk contest field that features six guys that we really want to see dunk. So we're not clamoring for LeBron James to enter the dunk contest like we do every other year.
At least, we weren't clamoring for him. But then we saw this video that surfaced shortly after the Heat practiced in Phoenix earlier today and…$#%^&(@#!. Did you see that first dunk?! Seriously, DID YOU SEE THAT FIRST DUNK?!?!?!? That's ridiculous.
So now we have to ask again: WTF is the point of LeBron showing us dunks like these if he's not going to enter the dunk contest? C'mon, Bron. JUST DO IT.
