During the NBA All-Star break, Kevin Durant spoke with Bill Simmons and towards the end of their conversation, KD came up with a new nickname for himself: The Servant. For obvious reasons, the nickname hasn't stuck. But, just in case, here's Stephen A. Smith to spell out one of the main reasons why this nickname will never fly:
Now, maybe he heard Smith's comments, but earlier today, Durant has changed his tune a little bit:
Kevin Durant: "I was just joking around with the Servant thing". Said to call him Kevin or KD.
Okay, good to hear, KD. Can we revisit "The Slim Reaper" again?
