Say what you want about the PED allegations or the asterisks that are going to be by Barry Bonds' stats for the rest of his days. This man is the record holder for most home runs in a season and career, so his wisdom is going to be sought after by the Giants at least. The organization is going to get some of it in March.

Bonds will return to the Giants as their special instructor for young hitters from March 9-17. He's joining J.T. Snow, Jeff Kent, Robb Nen, and Will Clark in this role. Hard to say how exactly this collaboration will help, but after finishing 76-86 and out of the playoffs, it's certainly worth a shot.
