Remember Kevin Grow, the teenager with Down syndrome who nailed four three-pointers in the final two minutes of the Senior Day game for Bensalem (Pa.) high school? Well, Grow has moved up the ranks pretty quickly and soon, he will sign a two-day contract with the Philadelphia 76ers. Starting today, Grow will go to 76ers' practice facility where he will receive the deal from the team's President of Basketball Operations & General ManagerSam Hinkie in-person.

As part of his two-day contract, Grow will "eat dinner in the players lounge, tour the practice facility and receive Sixers gear. He will also join the team on the floor toward the end of practice, meet and shoot around with his new teammates, and be greeted by his coaches." Then, on Tuesday, Feb. 18, Grow will participate in the team's pregame activities at the Wells Fargo Center, which include visiting his own locker, receiving a custom jersey, watching pregame warm-ups and getting involved in the high-five tunnel when the players take the court. And it doesn't end there. During a timeout, Grow and his Bensalem basketball teammates will take the court for a special presentation.

What a great gesture by the Sixers organization for a truly deserving person in Kevin Grow.
