You'd think if a little kid crashed into the DMV (or any other building, for that matter), a parent would be in trouble. Apparently that's not the case. Police in Parker, Colo. are hitting a 10-year-old girl with a charge of careless driving after she got behind the wheel of her mom's GMC Envoy and found a way to make the DMV more interesting.

The little girl told police "the car just went" when she sat in the driver's seat. As she started to roll slowly towards the DMV, her mother ran alongside the Envoy and told her how to hit the brakes. "10 or 11" people were inside the building, but, luckily, no one was injured. We just hope the little girl does a better with learning the whole brake thing in five years when she gets her permit.
