WWE to Launch Their Own Network

But there's a catch.

On Feb. 24, the WWE will officially launch their own network. The WWE Network will be the go-to destination for all things having to do with World Wrestling Entertainment. But there's one catch. It won't be your traditional, run-of-the-mill channel. Instead, the network will only be available through streaming on the Internet. For $9.99 per month (with a six-month commitment), you will be able to view everything from television programs to their numerous Pay-Per-View events through WWE.com or on the WWE app, which works on Amazon's Kindle Fire devices, Android devices, iPad, iPhone, Roku, PlayStation and Xbox.

If this whole idea of all the WWE you can handle at your fingertips sounds all too familiar, it should be noted that the company has tried its hand at something similar with their own channel and WWE 24/7 On Demand, however, both ventures eventually fell through. Will this one far any differently?
